Landmark Plaza - Top of the Hill | Daly City, CA

Located on a narrow site with a steep slope, this mixed-use infill project is located along the Mission Street transportation corridor in Daly City. The 95 unit at 6495-6601 Mission St. has ground level retail spaces , and underground parking structure. The residential units have one or two levels in a vertical arrangement. MDS provided HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection and Energy Modeling design services. A central domestic water heating system, "race-track" garage exhaust ventilation systems and retail infrastructure systems were included in the design. The project started its leasing activity in 2011.
