An affordable housing project located in quiet Palo Alto residential area, Oak Court Apartments includes a mixture of 53 townhomes and flats spread among seven buildings located above a common underground parking structure. The project is located in an affluent neighborhood and within walking distance of downtown Palo Alto includes a garden labyrinth, laundry rooms, computer learning center and other amenities. The project was awarded the Golden Nugget Grand Award. MDS provided full HVAC, plumbing , fire protection and energy model design engineering services. The project was completed in 2004.
