California Society of Pioneers Museum | San Francisco, CA

Established in 1850, The Society of California Pioneers is a museum, library, and cultural organization dedicated to advancing the knowledge and appreciation of early California history for the benefit of present and future audiences of all ages. The collections include historic artifacts from old California.

The first phase of the renovation included the first two levels of the building and a strictly humidity and temperature controlled basement where the museum's rich collection of prints, photos, artifacts and books dating from the Gold Rush period are stored. Mechanical Design Studio provided full mechanical and plumbing design services.
