Walter Helms Middle School | Richmond, CA

The Walter Middle School campus was constructed as a full replacement of the existing middle school. It consists of three new two story standard, art and science classrooms, multi-purpose building, library, administration and gymnasium. A covered veranda along the main quad connects the buildings. High efficiency HVAC systems, low flow plumbing fixtures, energy management systems are just few of the sustainable features incorporated in the campus. MDS provided full mechanical and plumbing engineering services.
