The 45,000 sqft Mission College High Tech Student Center is a mixed use facility and houses the College's Technology Center, academic offices, administrative offices, a new bookstore and cafeteria. In addition, a conference center and multi-media facility brings all these functions under one roof. The first of many campus upgrades the building incorporates high efficiency HVAC systems, local radiant heating panels at the two story curved glass area, and optimized mechanical systems controls. Mechanical Design Studio provided full mechanical and plumbing design engineering services.
