The two-story, 29,000-square-foot new center, houses offices for the College of Pharmacy, College of Nursing and the School of Medicine on the first floor, with lab space and research areas located on the second floor. The space is also be used as a think tank for scientists. The HVAC systems consist of under floor HVAC distribution (UFAD) for space program flexibility high efficiency energy recovery air handling units with economizers, and an integrated energy management system.
